Meeting Details

We meet monthly at St John’s Church on Earlsway, Macclesfield, SK11 8RS, offering a supportive environment for individuals, families, and carers.

We meet on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm. This will be confirmed on this site each month.

Refreshments are provided at each session. To help cover room rent, we kindly ask for a small fee of £2 per person. We will, however, not turn anyone away for non-payment. Support & Guidance

Every meeting features professional advisors ready to discuss a range of mental health topics. Sessions cover understanding medication, practical tips for cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and best practices for managing wellbeing. Advisors are happy to answer questions and share insights in plain, accessible language. We are trying to get support from MP Tim Roca.
